Beth initially stepped in as a substitute for each of the beloved Conchettes—Sunora, Tequila, and Buckeye Babe – officially joining the Conch Republic Band in 2011. Originally performing under the name "Caxixi," given by Dave "Chi-town" Hutter, many found it hard to remember or pronounce, so her fellow band members and Friends of the Conch Republic (FoCRs) helped her adopt the new name, Coco, which fits her engaging stage presence.

While the band focuses on delivering fun and energetic performances, Beth also enjoys the emotional depth of singing sad songs, which you won’t see when she performs with Conch Republic. She has performed at prestigious venues around the world, including Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the Kennedy Center, and has sung at Notre Dame and other venues in Europe and Brazil with the Lexington Singers. During her college years, she had the lead role in an opera and won a competition to sing with the Southeast Kansas Symphony.

What Beth loves about music is the sense of community it brings. She values the connections made with audiences and fellow musicians alike. Whether performing lively tunes or heartfelt ballads, Beth Bardot continues to share her love for music wherever she goes.
